A 19th century folio stand (most probably by Gillows of Lancaster) with two opposing hinged ratchetted folio supports, joined below by stretchers, on vertical end supports terminating in four outswept legs with castors.
Measurements (approximate): H: 44 in (112 cm) x W: 27 1/2in (70 cm) x D: 24 1/2in (62 cm).
