If you fail to collect your order within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will charge you the cost of storing the product(s)/item(s) until collection. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we can also end our contract with you and claim compensation if you continue to fail to collect your order within a reasonable time. These charges are payable directly by the buyer to the relevant authorities and are not included in our invoice.
The buyer is also solely responsible for obtaining, at their own cost, any necessary export licences, import licences, permits, or other documentation required for the lawful importation of the goods into the destination country. We accept no liability for any delay, seizure, or refusal of entry caused by the buyer’s failure to comply with these requirements.
