What is the size/dimension of Brillig & Borogove wallpapers?
Our wallpapers are priced and sold by the roll.
Each wallpaper roll is approximately (W: 52 cm X L: 10 m) or (W: 70 cm X L: 10 m) unless otherwise stated.
Our wallpapers are digitally printed in the UK on FSC compliant paper and may differ in qualities and weights depending on substrate and ink and not all wallpapers are available in all qualities.
What is the lead time for delivery?
Kindly read our collection & delivery policy.
For bespoke, custom printed and print-to-order products we usually have a lead time of 4-6 weeks once payment has been received.
How to order a wallpaper/textile sample?
Use the enquiry form on the wallpaper product page to request a wallpaper sample or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the product code, your full name and mailing address.
How to hang Brillig & Borogove wallpaper?

Please note that the information given in our guides is supplied in good faith and is a guideline only but without guarantee. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the environment is suitable for the wallcovering prior to hanging any wallcovering. Site conditions are beyond our control.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Kindly read our conditions of sale which apply to all orders, items, products and services.
We accept payment in GBP Sterling (£) only.
For all orders (including bespoke, custom printed or print-to-order wallpaper and textiles), placed and confirmed by email/phone or via our digital sales or social media channels, we will email you a Pro-Forma Invoice with instructions for payment to be received in our nominated bank account. Full payment is required before any order can be processed. Delivery lead times will apply from the date full payment is credited to our bank account.
For orders made on the website the full amount of your purchase may be reserved on your debit/credit card until your order is shipped, at which point you will be sent a confirmation of order and shipment and your payment card will be charged the applicable purchase price.
I have received a wrong order
Kindly email us on email@example.com with your order reference number and let us know what is wrong with your order and we will work to resolve the issue at the earliest.
My order was delivered to me in a damaged condition?
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for further information on your options.
Please note that where possible, for any second-hand item that in our opinion has an existing fault or a damage, we will provide information and description of the nature of the fault or damage. We do not offer or provide any repair service or restoration work for such pre-existing damage.
What is Brillig & Borogove’s Return Policy?

We strongly advise that you order samples of any bespoke, personalized, custom made or print to order products made to your specification and/or measurements as these are non-refundable once your order has been processed.
Do you ship to outside the UK?
For orders to UK islands and outside the UK, you must email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for bespoke delivery costs and timelines.
For International orders you will be responsible for any export/import charges and local taxes. Please refer to our Collection and Delivery Policy for further information.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost for Postage and Packaging?
Delivery timeline depends on the type of product/item and the delivery address. For further information, kindly read our Delivery Policy.
For orders above £800, delivery to mainland UK is complimentary subject to the terms set out in our Collection and Delivery Policy.
For delivery of high value or fragile or bulky items (such as furniture) we use specialist fine art logistic operators.

Is VAT charged on order?
VAT is charged as follows:
For UK customers:
VAT at the applicable rate is applied on all Brillig & Borogove wallcoverings, wallpapers and will be shown separately on your Invoice.
Pre-Used/Second Hand Items including Works of Art, Furniture, Antiques, Collectibles unless otherwise expressed are sold under the Margin Scheme.
For International Customers residing outside the UK:
VAT is not applicable on orders being delivered to customers in countries outside the UK.
If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
We are not liable for any import or custom duties or handling fees that may occur in the process of shipping internationally. If you require more information regarding how much local duties might be, please contact your local customs office. It is your sole responsibility to obtain any necessary export, import or other permits or licences.
