Before you order
Our wallpapers are printed to order in production batches. Colour, shade and tone can vary between batches, and between the same design printed at different times. We cannot guarantee that a reorder will match a previous order, so please order the full quantity you require — including an allowance for wastage, trimming and pattern repeat — in a single order.
If you do need to reorder, contact us by email first, quoting the batch number from your original order. We will use reasonable endeavours to supply from a matching batch where one is available, but we cannot guarantee a match.
Before you hang
Please check the batch numbers on all rolls and inspect every roll for colour, print quality and defects before hanging, cutting or trimming. We cannot accept a claim in respect of any defect that would have been apparent on reasonable inspection once the wallpaper has been hung, cut, trimmed or otherwise altered.
We recommend that all our wallpapers are hung by a professional and qualified decorator. It is the responsibility of the buyer or their decorator to ensure the wallpaper supplied is correct, and to satisfy themselves that the surface and environment are suitable. Site conditions, surface preparation and choice of adhesive are beyond our control.
Our wallpapers are intended for interior use unless otherwise stated.
