A pair of French gilt-bronze mounted porcelain trumpet shape vases. The porcelain by Samson of Paris, circa 1870.
Each in the 17th century Japanese Imari style, painted with panels enclosing animals against landscapes on one side and vases issuing flowers on the other side, the base with canted corners.
Measurements: 70.5 cm (H); 31 cm (W).
