Product Description & Information

Pomegranate Blossoms or "Anarkali" as they are known in India are bright red and orange in colour. The pomegranate shrub is native to Iran and India.

Anarkali was also the nickname of a legendary courtesan and dancer in the court of the Mughal Emperor Akbar. She was also the beloved of Akbar's son the crown Prince Salim, who later himself became Emperor Jahangir. Their star-crossed love story was glorified in the Indian epic drama film Mughal-e-Azam (The Great Mughal).

This wallpaper draws inspiration from traditional Mughal style motifs and features the beauty of pomegranate blossoms in its repeat pattern
